Safety Guidelines
Verity reduces risk through review, curated access, reporting, and blocks, but members should still use practical judgment when moving from online conversation to real-world meetings.

Keep Early Conversations In-App
Use Verity chat until trust is established. Be careful with moving too quickly to private messaging channels, especially when financial, investment, or emergency topics appear.
Never Send Money
Do not send money, investments, gifts, loans, or financial information to someone you met through Verity. Report any financial request immediately.
Meet In Public
For first meetings, choose a public location, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust where you are going, and keep your phone accessible.
Use Block And Report
Block members who make you uncomfortable. Report harassment, solicitation, suspicious identity claims, pressure, or any behavior that may put members at risk.
Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Verity reports are not a substitute for urgent police, medical, or safety assistance.
